Nursery/Preschool Ministry Check-in Form

Being called by God to volunteer in the Nursery/Preschool Department of Crossway Baptist Church, I agree to the following commitments for the period of August 2024- July 2025:

I am committed to our Lord

I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which I desire to model for children.

I enjoy studying God’s word regularly and desire to grow.

I will live a life that honors Christ and will abstain from alcoholic beverages, gambling and viewing sexually explicit material.

I am committed to our Church

I worship regularly at Crossway Baptist Church.

I support the doctrinal statement and leadership of Crossway Baptist Church.

I regularly attend Life Group at Crossway Baptist Church.

I tithe (10% and above) regularly to the church.

I am committed to my students

I enjoy working with children and desire for them to know of God’s love and concern for their lives.

I will be faithful in attendance, arriving at my station at least 20 minutes before each class service.

If I must be absent, I will make every attempt to find an approved replacement and alert my director if I am unable.

I will participate in available training events during the year to improve my check-in skills.

I will pray regularly for the children in the KidZone.

I am committed to my team

I will communicate regularly with my team leaders/directors.

I will express my needs as a volunteer to my team leader/director.

I have read the Volunteer Handbook in it’s entirety, and agree to abide by, and adhere to all the policies and procedures set forth by the Nursery/Preschool Department of Crossway Baptist Church.
